You will need to update it from NMM on GitHub or this Nexus NMM download page. Check the version numbers between those sites and use the latest (v0.65.4 at this time).
Go the the 2nd last command which is Go To Folder Click on it and enter this Search Steam for any bugs or wrong algorithms they may find. There you go it
