Just so you know it is a little strange to want to copy the .torrent files and then delete it. qbt always copies the torrent files for internal use, so there isn't a possibility to lose them unless the whole disk fails. When you dont tick a file for download you are telling qbt that you dont want that file. When you delete the torrent it will remove the .torrent/magnet & remove any unwanted (unticked) file parts. The files you ticked (wanted) will not be deleted unless you tick "Also delete the files on the hard disk". What you are after is something else. I have the Remove option under Completed Download Handling activated. My expectation is for Sonarr to instruct qBittorrent to keep on seeding until the time is up and then remove the torrent and file from the original location (keeping the copy it created in my TV Shows folder). Good news that qBt also cleans up after itself, if you delete the torrent from the transfer list it will delete the parts file too. If you have a parts file where you didn't touch any files in the torrent, that seems like an qBt issue. Personally I often download torrents partially and just hide parts files automitacally within my after Just by keeping a torrent on my list in a PAUSED state, I'm risking that qBittorrent is going to create or overwrite or re-allocate or break the file. I've lost few updated files due to that. I've edited the files after they have been downloaded (and paused) and kept them under the same name, then at some point qBittorrent broke them.
